At the event “Stimmen des Wandels: Weibliche Genitalverstümmelung verstehen und überwinden (Understanding and Overcoming Female Genital Mutilation)” on  Nov 2, 2023 at Tatort e.V. in Cologne, Beryl Magoko and Antonia Waskowiak spoke about their work against FGM. Antonia Waskowiak talked about Zinduka’s current projects and their approach. Beryl Magoko gave an insight into her personal experiences and an outlook on two upcoming events in Kenya, where Tazama e.V. in cooperation with Zinduka e.V. will organise film screenings and discussions in rural Kuria. The reports were followed by a lively discussion. The event was moderated by Marius Heimlich.
